Fire Department Urges Public to Avoid Approaching Wildfires

The Fire Department is issuing an urgent appeal to the public to avoid approaching wildfire fronts. They emphasize that approaching poses risks, as citizens are endangered by aerial water drops and lack of equipment and training.

Fire Department Spokesperson Andreas Kettis warned via the platform “X” that the Service only cooperates with certified Organized Volunteer Groups.

All roads in the fire-stricken areas remain closed.
