RAPEX: 46 Dangerous Products Reported Last Week

Forty-six dangerous products, which are not food but pose a risk to consumer health and safety, have been reported to the European Rapid Alert System for Dangerous Products (RAPEX) last week.
According to the Consumer Protection Service (CPS) of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, consumers can find information about dangerous products on the CPS website. The CPS calls on importers, distributors, and sellers to immediately stop distributing the products and notify the Service.
Consumers who possess the products are urged to stop using them and return them to the store from which they were purchased, while also informing the seller.
According to the Law on Certain Aspects concerning Contracts for the Sale of Goods of 2021, in the event of purchasing a non-compliant product, the consumer is entitled to replacement or withdrawal.
