Agreement Signed for Dog Shelter Management in Nicosia Municipality

An agreement was signed today between the Municipality of Nicosia and SIMBA ANIMAL AID LTD for the management and operation of the temporary dog shelter for the Municipalities of Nicosia, Strovolos, and Lakatamia for the next three years.

The agreement concerns the shelter and care of stray dogs transferred to the temporary shelter in Paliometocho, as well as the general management of the site.

Representing SIMBA ANIMAL AID LTD were Mrs. Natasa Michaelidou and Mr. Alexandros Oriettas.

The Mayor of Nicosia, Charalambos Prountzos, encouraged citizens to consider adopting dogs, especially during the holidays.
