Fatal Accident in Mytilene: 44-Year-Old Worker Falls From Roof

A 44-year-old worker died in an accident in Mytilene. The tragic incident occurred when the worker fell from the roof of a building.

The 44-year-old, of Albanian origin, was known in the local community as he had worked for years in catering and construction. In September of last year, he rescued a 71-year-old woman from drowning in the port of Mytilene.

The Pallesviako Labor Center is organizing a protest today, Sunday, November 16, in Sappho Square.
