Toyota Cyprus: Urgent Reminder for TAKATA Recall

Toyota Cyprus continues its voluntary TAKATA recall campaign for used Toyota vehicles without European Type Approval (EU-WVTA) that were not imported or sold by the company in Cyprus.

The special Emergency Center at the Nicosia State Fair will operate until November 28, 2025. The Cypriot Government has set October 3, 2025 as the final deadline for completing the TAKATA recall.

Toyota Cyprus urges affected vehicle owners to schedule their airbag replacement immediately. If the available spare parts are not used in time, they may be returned to Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC).
