Troodos Snowfall Continues: Chains Required

Snowfall continues in Troodos, with snow at the summit reaching approximately 3-4 centimeters.

Roads leading to Troodos are open only to vehicles with anti-skid chains or four-wheel drive.

Significant rainfall was recorded over the weekend, reaching 31% of the expected amount for January, according to the meteorological service.

The weather phenomena will affect Cyprus until Tuesday evening, but a gradual decrease is expected.
