Olguin Postpones Cyprus Visit

The planned visit to Cyprus by the Personal Envoy of the UN Secretary-General for the Cyprus issue, María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar, scheduled for tomorrow, has been postponed due to urgent personal reasons, according to information from ΚΥΠΕ.

An official announcement is expected from the United Nations. As announced, Ms. Olguin was scheduled to meet with the leaders of the two communities, Nikos Christodoulides and Ersin Tatar, on September 2.

Furthermore, she was to have contacts with the representatives of the two leaders, the Technical Committee on Youth and the Investigative Committee on Missing Persons.
