Andreas Apostolou Leaves EDEK: Orfanides' Reaction

MP Andreas Apostolou announced his departure from EDEK, following the party's decision not to allow him to run for a leadership position. According to his statement, the decision is due to his origin from the Citizens' Alliance and his election as an MP through the cooperation of the two parties in the 2021 elections.

Meanwhile, a publication mentioned discussions between Andreas Apostolou and DIKO and DISY regarding his possible inclusion in their electoral lists. DIKO MP Christos Orfanides responded with an angry post, categorically denying any discussion about including Apostolou in DIKO's electoral list in Larnaca.
