Apostolakis: To Run in Elections, Comments on Karystianou and Tsipras

Former minister and independent MP Evangelos Apostolakis announced his intention to run again in the next national elections. Speaking to ERTnews, he commented on the political endeavors of Alexis Tsipras and Maria Karystianou.

Regarding Alexis Tsipras, Apostolakis mentioned that his move is interesting, as he has governmental experience and has shown the ability to manage situations. For Maria Karystianou, he noted the excellent work she did in the Tempi case, trying to bring justice to the relatives of the victims.

Additionally, Apostolakis referred to the reception of the new frigate Belharra «Kimono» by the Navy, emphasizing that it marks a new philosophy of ships with increased capabilities in the Eastern Mediterranean. He pointed out that these frigates are technologically advanced and will significantly enhance the deterrent power of the Armed Forces.
