Pensioners Protest Postponement of Insurance Coverage Bill Vote

Pensioner branches of ΠΑΣΥΔΥ and ΣΕΚ, ΕΚΥΣΥ, and the Third Age Observatory have protested the postponement of the parliamentary discussion and vote on a bill submitted by MP Alexandra Attalidou.

The bill concerns amending the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Liability Insurance) Law, aiming to enhance transparency and equality in motor vehicle insurance.

Pensioner organizations are calling on parties to swiftly reinstate the bill for a vote in parliament, noting that the issue directly affects over 20% of Cyprus' population.
