Event for 'Disciplinary Law in Cyprus' Book

An event presenting the book 'Disciplinary Law in Cyprus' by Nikos Papaefstathiou and Stella Maxouti will take place on Monday, June 30th, at the Press House.

The event, scheduled from 18:00 to 20:00, is organized by the Pancyprian Bar Association and the Department of Law of the University of Cyprus.

Greetings will be delivered by Dr. Nikitas Hatzimichail, Professor at the Department of Law of the University of Cyprus, Dimitris Papapolyviou, lawyer (on behalf of RIZES Publications), and Michalis Vorkas, President of the Pancyprian Bar Association.

Presentations will follow by Dr. Kostas Paraskevas, Associate Professor of Public Law and Human Rights Law at the University of Cyprus, and Stella Maxouti, one of the authors of the book.

A response will be given by the author Nikos Papaefstathiou, lawyer, followed by a discussion.

The book examines the institutional framework of disciplinary law in the public and private sectors in Cyprus. Antonis R. Liatsos, President of the Supreme Constitutional Court, mentions in his foreword the importance of the work for the promotion of justice.
