Cyprus National Guard NCOs Trained with New Jersey National Guard

From July 21st to August 1st, 2025, training for National Guard (EF) Permanent Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) was conducted at the «ΠΑΤΡΟΚΛΟΥ ΚΟΚΚΙΝΟΥ» Camp in cooperation with the New Jersey National Guard of the USA.

According to an announcement by GEEF, the training focused on leadership, military decision-making, crisis management, and administrative procedures.

This training is part of a broader program to continuously upgrade the role of NCOs, following the initiatives of the «Year of the NCO» in 2024.

GEEF emphasizes the importance of continuous NCO training and partnerships with academic and military institutions. The support of the New Jersey National Guard is considered beneficial for the exchange of knowledge and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
