Parliament to Hold Emergency Session on Livestock Area Law

The Plenary of the Parliament will hold an emergency session on August 5th at 13:00 to discuss the referral of the law regarding the creation of livestock areas.
The law, passed on July 3rd, aims to modernize the legislative framework for the establishment and operation of these areas, as well as to ensure the effective utilization of livestock plots.
On the same day, a joint session of the Parliamentary Committees on Agriculture, Interior, and Environment will be held to examine the measures for the recent fires. The meeting, scheduled for 9 a.m., has invited, among others, the Ministers of Agriculture, Interior, Defence, Justice, the Attorney General, and representatives of various services and authorities.
