The results of the ESIEA elections for the election of the new Board of Directors have been announced. The "United Journalists" faction, headed by Maria Antoniadou, emerged as the leading force, gathering 36.7% of the votes and occupying four seats.

2,750 members participated in the electoral process, with 2,626 valid ballots. "Journalists' Cooperation - Doureios Typos" received three seats, while "New ESIEA" received two. "Journalistic Cooperation" and "Initiative for Overthrow" secured one seat each.

The Tsalapatis faction was left out of the Board of Directors.

Detailed results:

  • United Journalists: 968 votes (36.7%) - 4 seats
  • Journalists' Cooperation – Doureios Typos: 584 votes (22.2%) - 3 seats
  • New ESIEA: 393 votes (14.5%) - 2 seats
  • Journalistic Cooperation: 273 votes - 1 seat
  • Initiative for Overthrow: 206 votes - 1 seat
