Occupied Territories: "Presidential Elections" on 10/19, 215,000+ Voters

The "president" of the "supreme court", Bertan Özerdağ, announced that the "presidential elections" in the occupied territories will be held on October 19, 2025. According to data from early May, the number of voters amounts to 215,611.

Mr. Özerdağ, speaking on the illegal "Bayrak", stated that the pre-election restrictions will begin on August 24, 60 days before the date of the "elections".

In comparison, in the "presidential elections" of 2020, there were 198,957 voters in the first round and 199,029 in the second round. "There has been an increase of 16,582 voters between the 2020 and 2025 elections," Mr. Özerdağ noted.

Mr. Özerdağ attributed the increase to the growing population, new voters who have reached the age of 18, and those who have acquired "citizenship" of the pseudo-state. He added that the voter count will be updated again at the end of June.
