EU Commission Approves €1.181 Billion for Cyprus from SAFE Fund

The European Commission has approved €1.181 billion for Cyprus from the €150 billion SAFE fund, aimed at strengthening the EU's defense readiness.

Defense Minister Vasilis Palmas stated that the Republic of Cyprus will receive this amount over a five-year period, with the goal of developing the defense industry.
