Magda Fyssa: "I'm taking my Pavlos and leaving... we won"

An emotional Magda Fyssa, mother of the murdered Pavlos Fyssas, expressed her satisfaction with the court's decision to uphold the conviction of Golden Dawn as a criminal organization.

"We're done... After 11 years, we're done. Today I'm going home thinking that I won't have to be among those who murdered my child again," Mrs. Fyssa stated.

Referring to her son, she said: "Pavlos, we won... you crushed them." As she left the courthouse, she held a sign that read: "Pavlos, we did it! Golden Dawn is definitively a Nazi criminal organization. You humiliated them."

The court upheld the life sentence of Giorgos Roupakias for the murder of Pavlos Fyssas.
