Marinakis: "No Justification for Farmers to Block Roads Anymore"

Government Spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis stated that there is no longer any justification for farmers to block roads again, emphasizing the tolerance shown by the government and the measures already implemented.

In an interview with SKAI 100.3, Mr. Marinakis referred to the government's efforts to support the primary sector, including the agricultural electricity with the lowest cost in Europe and the reduction of VAT on fertilizers, animal feed and agricultural machinery.

Referring to Greek-Turkish relations, Mr. Marinakis stressed the government's commitment to dialogue, without concessions on issues of sovereignty.

Regarding the reactions to the statements of Ms. Karystianou, the government representative spoke of an opposition without positions and proposals.
