Government Spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis commented on Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis's appearance alongside Christos Triantopoulos in Skiathos, as well as developments regarding the preliminary inquiry committee for OPEKEPE.

Regarding Kyriakos Mitsotakis's visit to Skiathos with Christos Triantopoulos, Pavlos Marinakis emphasized that the former Deputy Minister has the presumption of innocence and remains a member of the ND parliamentary group. He countered, referring to SYRIZA, the presence of Nikos Pappas in the party's ranks.

Regarding the preliminary inquiry committee for OPEKEPE, Pavlos Marinakis stated that the discussion for an examination committee comes first. He argued that those who insist on a preliminary inquiry without evidence are seeking to cover up. He also commented critically on SYRIZA's stance regarding the preliminary inquiry for Kostas Karamanlis.

It is recalled that Kyriakos Mitsotakis appeared in Skiathos with Christos Triantopoulos, who has been referred to the Judicial Council for the Tempi case.
