Mitsotakis in Lemnos: VAT equalization for islands under 20,000 residents

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis visited Lemnos and Lesvos, announcing the equalization of reduced VAT for all islands with a population of less than 20,000 residents. This includes Lemnos and Agios Efstratios.

During his visit to Atsiki, the Prime Minister spoke with residents about tax breaks for small settlements and remote islands. He also mentioned the initiative to eliminate ENFIA over two years for settlements up to 1,500 residents, excluding Myrina.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis emphasized support for the island's farmers and livestock breeders, recognizing Lemnos' dynamic primary sector. He also visited the Agricultural Cooperative of Lemnos "The Union", where he spoke with the president Dimitris Marinakis and the staff.
