Automated Process: The system automatically retrieves data from bank accounts, loans, and investment products through interconnection with banks, reducing the need for physical presence at banks.

Obligated Parties: Political figures, elected officials of local government, members of parliament, mayors, regional governors, public servants, judicial officers, officers of the Armed Forces, journalists, and their spouses/partners are required to declare.

Fines: Late submission up to 30 days incurs a fine, which is automatically issued via the pothen.gr platform.

Sanctions: Failure to submit or incomplete submission incurs criminal and disciplinary penalties.
