President Christodoulides: No Deadlocks in Reform Talks

The President of the Republic stated that there are no deadlocks in the talks on reforms, referring to the continuation of discussions next week on ATA, tax reform, and teacher evaluation.

Efforts are continuing, and everyone must cooperate so that there is a positive outcome as soon as possible, he added.

President Christodoulides appealed for the discussions on tax reform to be completed as soon as possible, so that it can be implemented from the beginning of next year, for the benefit of the Cypriot people.

He also emphasized that everyone understands the need for teacher evaluation, noting that it is one of the key milestones in the Recovery and Resilience Plan, and if it is not implemented, there will be economic consequences.
