President Christodoulides: Greece declares its presence once again

The President of the Republic welcomed the Minister of National Defence and thanked the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Defence of Greece for their immediate response to the request of the Republic of Cyprus in a difficult moment.

He pointed out that Greece is once again declaring its presence, emphasizing the essential and symbolic importance of this move, which opens the way for other European countries as well.

He also mentioned that he spoke with the President of France and there was a response, and that he is in contact with the Chancellor of Germany and the Prime Minister of Italy.

After the Dendias - Christodoulides meeting, a meeting followed between the Minister of National Defence and his counterpart Vasilis Palmas.
