President Christodoulides in Athens for DEFEA Conference - Meetings with Dendias and Kubilius

The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, is in Athens today, Tuesday, to address the DEFEA defense industry conference, according to a Presidency announcement.

On the sidelines of the conference, President Christodoulides will have a bilateral meeting with the Minister of National Defense of Greece, Nikos Dendias, as well as with the European Commissioner for Defense, Andrius Kubilius. They will discuss the actions of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the EU on defense policy issues.

President Christodoulides is accompanied by the Minister of Defense, Vassilis Palmas, the Deputy Government Spokesperson, Giannis Antoniou, and officials. The President will return to Cyprus in the afternoon.
