11 New Democracy MPs will appear before the Parliament's Ethics Committee regarding the case file sent by the European Public Prosecutor's Office concerning alleged favoritism within OPEKEPE.

Most MPs are expected to submit memoranda instead of appearing in person, explaining their positions on the lifting or not of their immunity.

Parliament is expected to decide on the lifting or not of immunity after Easter, via a roll-call vote. MPs can address the body if they wish.

The MPs involved are: Aikaterini Papakosta, Konstantinos Karamanlis, Ioannis Kefalogiannis, Notis Mitarakis, Konstantinos Tsiaras, Konstantinos Skrekas, Dimitris Vartzopoulos, Maximos Senetakis, Lakis Vasiliadis, Christos Bukoros, and Theofilos Leontaridis. Karamanlis and Papakosta face felony charges.

The case file for Athanasiou and Chatzivasiliou is expected soon, while procedures will begin to establish a preliminary committee for Sp. Livanos and Fotini Arrabatzi.
