Sykas Back in Supreme Court for Immunity Removal

DISY MP Nikos Sykas is appearing again before the Supreme Court regarding the request to lift his immunity.

During the previous appearance, his lawyer, Christos Pourgourides, did not object to the request but asked for time to argue why he doesn't object.

Assistant Attorney General Savvas Angelides stated that the MP is suspected of psychological violence and abuse.

A court order has been issued preventing Nikos Sykas from approaching the victim. He stated that immunity does not express him and that he fully facilitates justice, despite the withdrawal of the case.
