Meeting at Legal Service on Controversial Video Investigation

A meeting was held at the Legal Service regarding the progress of investigations into the controversial video and allegations of corruption against the Christodoulides Government. The meeting was attended by the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General, the Chief and Deputy Chief of Police, and the independent criminal investigator Andreas Paschalides.

The focus was on the individuals who have testified and will testify, as well as developments from countries such as Britain, the Netherlands, the USA, and Lithuania. Bank accounts and travel are being examined.

Mr. Paschalides has three months to complete the investigation, which was assigned by Attorney General Giorgos Savvidis.
