SYRIZA: Predator Threatens the Democratic System

SYRIZA-PS has described the prosecutor's recommendation for the conviction of all four defendants in the wiretapping case involving Predator as a "milestone for the clarification of this sordid case."

SYRIZA recalls that, in his address, the prosecutor D. Pavlidis stressed that the use of Predator "grossly violates personal data. It constitutes a threat to the core of the democratic system, because it gives powers to people who should not have them."

"Everyone remembers that Mr. Mitsotakis took care to cover up his obvious responsibilities for this sordid case," emphasizes Koumoundourou, adding that "whatever he does, the truth will not be hidden."
