Theodorikakos: Polls Won't Reflect Election Results

Development Minister Takis Theodorikakos stated that poll results will not reflect the final election outcome. In an interview with Action 24, Mr. Theodorikakos ruled out the possibility of early elections amidst the war in Ukraine.

The Development Minister emphasized that when the time for elections comes, critical dilemmas will be posed about who can lead the country safely into 2030. He also expressed his belief that New Democracy will be the leading party and that no more than six parties will enter Parliament.

Mr. Theodorikakos stressed the need for vigilance and quick decisions due to the geopolitical situation and reminded that projects worth billions of euros from the Recovery Fund must be finalized by the summer.
