The Director of the President's Press Office, Viktoras Papadopoulos, expressed his full confidence in the integrity of President Nikos Christodoulides. Speaking on Alpha Enimerosi, he defended the government's handling of the Independent Social Support Agency.

Mr. Papadopoulos emphasized that contributions to the Agency are voluntary and transparent, and also referred to the First Lady's decision not to participate in organizations in which she had previously participated. He also commented on the attacks the government is receiving, arguing that they are being instrumentalized in the absence of other arguments.

Referring to the case of the resigned Director of the President's Office, Charalambos Charalambous, Mr. Papadopoulos claimed that there was a "concoction of things" and that the authorities will investigate the case.

In conclusion, Mr. Papadopoulos stated that he "puts his hand in the fire" for President Christodoulides, emphasizing his integrity and honesty.
