Parliament to Re-examine Multiple Pension Laws

The Plenary of the House of Representatives is meeting in extraordinary session to examine the President's referrals, mainly concerning the law on regulating multiple pensions for state officials.

Members of Parliament will comment on nine amending laws that have been returned for reconsideration. Six referrals concern the issue of multiple pensions in the public sector, with the President citing issues of constitutionality.
