Hamboullas Reopens Debate on Blackcap Hunting Legalization (video)

Evgenios Hamboullas, a candidate for Member of Parliament in Lemesos with ELAM, stated on the Cyprus Times Podcast that he would bring back the issue of blackcap hunting if elected.

He claims that an expanded dialogue on the issue never took place and cites a letter from former Minister of Interior, Sokratis Hasikos, which states that, following an opinion from the Game and Fauna Service, blackcaps can become huntable with selective methods.

Regarding the post with the blackcaps, Evgenios Hamboullas stated that he gave the wrong messages about himself and that the communication management was wrong.
