Christodoulides: Neighboring States Show Interest in Cyprus Issue

President Christodoulides stated that there is interest from neighboring states in resolving the Cyprus issue.

Speaking at the Economist conference in Nicosia, the President mentioned that resolving the Cyprus issue is important for the security and stability of the region, as well as for the completion of the European Union.

President Christodoulides added that Cyprus is working towards the creation of a regional security and cooperation organization.
