Christodoulides on Cabinet Reshuffle: "I Read, Smile, and Continue My Work"

The President of the Republic, Mr. Nikos Christodoulides, responded to questions regarding Turkey's demands for two states in Cyprus, the potential cabinet reshuffle, the Vassilikos issue, the Paphos- Polis Chrysochous road, energy issues, and tax reform.
Regarding Turkey's letters to the UN Secretary-General, the President stated that responses were received from the Secretary-General himself and the British Minister for Europe during a conference in New York. He also noted efforts to create momentum on the Cyprus issue, welcoming Ms. Olguin's decision to visit Cyprus.
Regarding the reshuffle, Mr. Christodoulides stated that he would make announcements when ready, adding that he reads the relevant information and continues his work.
For the Vassilikos issue, the study by the French company is pending. Regarding the Paphos-Polis Chrysochous road, the President emphasized the importance of the project and efforts for its implementation.
Regarding energy issues, he mentioned that they are being discussed with the Syrian Government and at the EU level, stressing that anything outside international law will not be accepted.
Finally, regarding tax reform, the President emphasized that the goal is to support Cypriot businesses, families, and the middle class.
