Ministry of Interior: Changes to electoral regulations under consultation

The Ministry of Interior announced that it has launched a public consultation on the Election of Members of the House of Representatives (Amendment) Regulations of 2025 on the "e-Consultation" platform.

Comments can be submitted electronically via the platform until Monday, September 29, 2025. The purpose of the proposed Regulations is to regulate the issue of listing the names of candidates on the ballot paper.

The provisions of the Election of Members of the House of Representatives Regulations apply, mutatis mutandis, to all electoral procedures taking place in the Republic. The Ministry of Interior invites interested parties to submit comments via the e-Consultation platform by September 29, 2025.
