Aithra Lykourezou: "Speak out about abuse, especially if you are a child"

Aithra Lykourezou, daughter of Alexandros Lykourezos and Zoi Laskari, spoke about the sexual harassment she suffered in her childhood by a colleague of her father.

In an interview on the show "Rendezvous on the Weekend" on March 14, she stressed the importance of reporting incidents of abuse, especially when they involve children, as otherwise trauma may occur.

She also referred to the misunderstood image of children from families with famous parents, emphasizing that social media allows her to express her truth without filters.

Regarding the possibility of creating a film about the life of Zoi Laskari, Aithra Lykourezou stated that it would be something she would very much like, as it could highlight her mother's true personality, her sensitivity, dedication and philosophical thinking.
