Antinoos Albanis: Moving post about his battle with cancer

Antinoos Albanis, on the occasion of World Cancer Day, made a moving post on his personal Instagram account about his battle with cancer.

The actor, who has spoken openly about his health adventure, posted a photo from the period when he was facing his health problem, writing: "The body no longer belonged to me, it only hurt."

The post provoked a great response from his online friends. Antinoos Albanis had been diagnosed with lymphoma, a form of cancer that affects the lymphatic system, and underwent treatments, including chemotherapy.

"I went through cancer alone because I didn't want them to pity me…," he stated in a podcast.
