Blake Lively Determined to Expose Systems Silencing Women, Lawyers Say

A year after Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni accusing him of sexual harassment and defamation, lawyers for both sides have issued statements regarding the case's progress.

Lively's lawyers, Ezra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, emphasized that the actress is determined to expose the systems that silence women, despite efforts to undermine her credibility. According to their statement, Lively is resisting an attempt to harm her and her family through retaliation and an aggressive media campaign.

Brian Freedman, representing Baldoni, expressed gratitude for the support his client received, stressing that the truth will prevail. He also acknowledged the pressure caused by the long duration of the dispute.

Lively's claims are heading to trial in May.
