Authorities have released Timothy Busfield's photo following allegations of child sexual abuse. The actor surrendered to New Mexico authorities on Wednesday, January 14, after an arrest warrant was issued.

Timothy Busfield, known for #TheWestWing, faces charges of sexual contact with a minor and child abuse. The allegations involve two 11-year-old twin boys he met on the set of #TheCleaningLady. The investigation began on November 1, 2024, after a doctor reported potential sexual abuse.

According to the deposition, Busfield developed a close relationship with the children, asking them to call him 'Uncle Tim'. The boys' mother testified that the children reported touches that made them uncomfortable. Busfield denies the allegations, claiming they are false.

In October 2025, a new complaint was filed alleging sexual abuse from November 2022 to spring 2024. Busfield reportedly stated that the children's parents were unhappy because their sons were replaced by a younger actor.
