Ioanna Touni: Speaks Out About Her Arrest – 'He Was Staring at Me Provocatively'

Ioanna Touni, via Instagram, detailed her arrest following a lawsuit filed against her. The reason was the publication of the name of one of the men convicted of leaking her video.

According to her, she met the man in a nightclub a few days after his conviction. After leaving the club, she posted his face and name on social media, unaware that this is illegal.

Touni voluntarily appeared at the police station, where a case file was opened against her, and she was released. In the video she posted, she expressed her disappointment that, while she is the victim, she is in danger of being imprisoned, while her abuser is free.

Ioanna Touni stressed that the man has not repented and has appealed the conviction. She and her lawyer will also appeal, seeking a stricter sentence.

In the caption of her post, Ioanna Touni referred to women who are afraid to speak out about their abuse, as justice may hurt them more than the injustice itself.
