Costas Dimitriou: "I had a lot of money in the bank... they bailed me out"

Popular Cypriot actor Costas Dimitriou gave an interview on the show "With love Christiana" and Varvara Zachariou, where he spoke about his acting career and his financial situation.

The actor referred to the financial "disaster" he suffered during the time of the deposit haircut. As he characteristically said, he had a lot of money in the bank, but after the haircut he was left with 100,000 euros.

Regarding his fees in the past, Costas Dimitriou stated that he used to receive 3,500 pounds in the series "Show me your friend" on ANT1, while today younger actors receive a maximum of 1,500 euros per month.

Today, he receives a pension of 1,480 euros per month due to THOC, which allows him to live comfortably.
