Mazonakis Halts Cyprus Concert Due to Incident

Giorgos Mazonakis stopped his concert at the «Chalkanoras Idaliou» stadium (Dali), in Nicosia, due to an incident among spectators.

According to a video that circulated, the singer called those responsible «scumbags» and «thugs», asking the security guards to remove them. «Let me tell you scumbags, don't you think about the people who are here?» Mazonakis said.

The concert was interrupted because the «thug», as he called him, did not apologize to the audience.

Additionally, the Personal Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Maria Angela Holguin, will visit London and Brussels on July 1st and 2nd.
