Kyriaki Griva's Mother: "I am outraged by Vandi's treatment"

Despoina Kallea, the mother of the murdered Kyriaki Griva, expressed her outrage at the police's treatment of Despoina Vandi, in contrast to her daughter's case.

Referring to the incident of Despoina Vandi being transported by a patrol car, Mrs. Kallea stated on OPEN that the incident should have been recorded by the Traffic Police first. She also stressed that she understands that Mrs. Vandi's inconvenience is more important than her daughter's life.

Mrs. Kallea also mentioned that Kyriaki Griva's murderer is still in the psychiatric hospital, despite the fact that a trial has been held which found that he does not require psychiatric care. She expressed suspicions of possible bribery.

Finally, Mrs. Kallea stated that she has not yet received her daughter's personal belongings and bloodstained clothes, despite her requests.
