Giannis Galatis: Selling Rafina Apartment Building for Charity

Fashion designer Giannis Galatis has decided to sell his apartment building in Rafina, aiming to allocate the amount of 600,000 euros to support 22 families.

As he stated on the show "Super Katerina", his decision is not due to financial distress, but to his desire to continue his charitable work. Specifically, he mentioned that he regularly takes care of these families, offering them his love in this way.

The broker who has undertaken the sale stated that the apartment building consists of six apartments, including a maisonette and a basement used as a gallery. He also stressed that there is already interest from a technical company and a Greek-American.

Giannis Galatis also stated that he intends to turn the house where he currently resides into a museum, wishing to leave behind a cultural legacy.
