EU Commission: Network for Preventing Child Sexual Abuse

The European Commission has launched a call for applications to join the newly established Network for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse.

The Network aims to strengthen cooperation between the Commission, member states, researchers, and other stakeholders, with the goal of effectively implementing EU legislation and policies for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation.

The Network will focus on reducing the risk of committing or repeating such crimes, as well as protecting children from becoming victims.

This initiative is part of the EU Strategy for a more effective fight against child sexual abuse, highlighting the Commission's commitment to prevention.

The call for applications is open until September 15.
