Lamia: Confession in the Murder of 59-Year-Old Businessman

A man has confessed to the authorities for the murder of a 59-year-old businessman in Lamia. According to reports, the perpetrator claimed that the motive was a past remark made by the victim about his mother.

The alleged perpetrator reportedly visited the victim's store the previous night, where he demanded explanations for the comments that had been made. The police investigation is ongoing, with authorities searching for the clothes worn by the perpetrator during the crime.

Police have ruled out robbery, as the cash register and the victim's money were found untouched. The body of the 59-year-old was found with multiple stab wounds.

According to reports, the victim was found behind the store counter with injuries to the neck and abdomen, as well as to the head. A knife was found next to the body. Inside the store, there was a pool of blood and traces indicating the body had been moved.

Police believe that the accused may be facing psychological problems, as the motive is not clear.
