Pink Farewell to 16-year-old Sofia Sigouna

Relatives, friends, and classmates will say their final goodbyes dressed in pink to 16-year-old Sofia Sigouna, a student at Lykeio Kykkou B' in Nicosia. The unfortunate young woman passed away on August 20, 2025, in a hospital abroad, after battling cancer.

The funeral service will be held at the Church of Agios Panteleimon in Makedonitissa on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The family requests that instead of wreaths, donations be made to charities that financially support children and families battling cancer.
