Mourning at Maria Aristotelous' Funeral – A Final Farewell to the Champion

Heavy mourning in Cyprus for the loss of 34-year-old champion Maria Aristotelous, who passed away after a battle with cancer.

The funeral was held at the Church of Agios Minas in Geri, with a large crowd in attendance.

The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, and the President of Parliament, Annita Demetriou, were present at the funeral.

The family requested that, instead of wreaths, donations be made to the Cyprus Anticancer Society.
