APOEL achieved a remarkable comeback, defeating Omonia 4-3 in the final. Omonia took an early 0-3 lead with goals from Savva (2) and Ioannou, but APOEL responded strongly in the second half.

Koulouris reduced the deficit to 1-3, Dimitriou made it 2-3, and then equalized to 3-3. Tzakidis scored the winning goal, making it 4-3.
