Panathinaikos Loses Challenge Cup Final to Vallefoglia in Glyfada

Panathinaikos lost 3-0 to Vallefoglia in the second leg of the Women's Challenge Cup final, held in Glyfada, missing the opportunity to win the European title. Despite a 3-2 defeat in Italy, the team was unable to overturn the score in the packed Glyfada arena.
In the first set, Vallefoglia quickly took the lead, reaching 7-13. Although Panathinaikos reduced the deficit to one point (13-14), errors and good defense by the Italians gave Vallefoglia the victory with 20-25.
In the second set, Panathinaikos led 13-5, but Vallefoglia equalized and eventually won 25-27. This set proved decisive for the team's morale.
The third set ended 16-25 in favor of Vallefoglia, making the final score 3-0.
